I am building a new home, when should I get DigiTech involved?
The sooner you can get DigiTech involved the better. It is not uncommon that an A/V system will alter the home's design in one fashion or another such as making space in a closet for your equipment or special framing for a plasma / Rear Projection Television. These changes are much easier, and more cost effective to make early on in the process.

Can DigiTech work with my Builder / Architect / Interior Designer?
DigiTech has been fortunate to work with hundreds of Builders, Architects and Interior Designers over the last 17 years and welcomes the opportunity to work with anyone associated with your project.

How long will it take to complete my project?
Since ever DigiTech system is custom designed for the home owner's individual requirements, each system is unique and requires its own labor estimation. Labor estimations are provided once the scope of the project has been decided by the home owner and DigiTech has had the opportunity to finalize the design.

How will I know what my Theater / Media Room will look like?
DigiTech has design and engineering software that can create and render your Theater / Media Room before the project gets off the ground. You can see and manipulate your entertainment environment until it meets your expectations.

Does DigiTech provide me with a warranty?
You will receive the full manufacturers warranty on every piece of equipment you purchase. In addition, DigiTech will warranty our work for one year. If a DVD player develops a problem within the first year, DigiTech will come to your house, remove it, send it in for repair, and return it to your home free of charge.

Will I be paying a large markup with DigiTech?
Because DigiTech deals factory direct with the majority of it's vendors we are able to be extremely competitive in the market place.
